Endocrine Disruption

EMCOM provides easy-to-understand information about environmental estrogens and hormonally active agents as well as scientific data and a bibliography on endocrine disruptors and reproductive and developmental health outcomes in humans.

The European Commission Research page on Endocrine Disruption focuses on endocrine disrupter research in Europe and gives an overview of the European Union's activities in this field.

Community Strategy for Endocrine Disrupters This document, published in November 2007 is the third progress report on the implementation of the European Commission strategy and covers the period 2004–2006. It contains activities in the short, medium and long term.

The book Our Stolen Future brought world-wide attention to scientific discoveries about endocrine disruption and the fact that common contaminants can interfere with the natural signals controlling development of the fetus. This website tracks recent developments.
